- Ards 3-3 Dungannon Swifts
Ards fought back from a goal down on three separate occasions to earn a 3-3 draw with Dungannon Swifts in an entertaining game at Clandeboye Park.
Andrew Mitchell converted a Peter McMahon cross to open Dungannons account in the 38th minute, but Michael Ruddy levelled from the penalty spot early in the second half after Johnny Taylor had been fouled in the area.
Cormac Burke put his side back in front after 55 minutes but again the hosts responded with Davy McAllister capitalising on a defensive lapse in the 73rd minute to make it 2-2.
Burke once again restored his side’s one goal lead after being played through by Mitchell in the 87th minute, but Carl McCombe ensured a share of the spoils when he stabbed home from close range in injury time after Gary Ligget’s initial effort had been saved.
