Macmillan coffee mornings held across Wales for cancer

Thousands of people across Wales have taken part in the world's biggest coffee morning.

Organised by cancer charity Macmillan, the aim is to raise money for the 2 million people living with cancer in the UK.

Macmillan ambassador and fashion designer David Emanuel flew into Barry to host a coffee morning to help raise money for cancer.

Last year, a record 154,000 people signed up to host the event, raising a record £20m.

David was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2012. He says he received invaluable support from Macmillan nurses.

The money raised is to help Macmillan provide medical, emotional and financial support to those living with cancer.
