Former royal harpist travels to Ethiopia as charity ambassador

She's used to playing for royalty, but Welsh harpist Catrin Finch has been performing to a very different audience.

As part of her role as Ambassador for the charity WaterAid, Prince Charles' former harpist travelled to Ethiopia to raise awareness of the lack of water there.

"You go and visit a family just 7/8 hours flight from here who really have no source of water anywhere near them and yeah, you know that complete opposite is a really strong and hard thing to imagine really, so this is precisely why we're doing this project really to open people's eyes to it"

"I met a mother of five who every day walks to collect water - it's dirty water, she has no clean water to the house - the water makes the kids sick - there's leaches in it...and she walks for about ten minutes - quarter of an hour have to jug this jerry can home up a hill four, five times a day"
