Why did the South Wales Valleys vote to leave the EU?

Wales has emphatically voted to leave the EU, and in particular the area that receives millions in EU funding - the South Wales Valleys.

£10 million was given to regenerate Pontypridd Town Centre, £80 million to build the Heads of the Valleys Road - which allows those living in places like Merthyr Tydfil to get to Cardiff more easily - and £83 million pounds to grow apprenticeships to develop the skills of younger people.

So why did voters opt to leave? Our Correspondent Rob Osborne has been to Ebbw Vale to find out.
