In Focus: The Rhondda Cheerleader who wants her leg amputated to improve her quality of life

Carys Price is a 16 year old cheerleader who's made a very difficult decision - to have her lower left leg removed.

She was born with sever medical problems affecting both legs and feet. It has caused her a lifetime of pain and operations, but the Rhondda teenager has decided she's had enough.

But it won't happen before she fulfills her ambition to compete in a national cheerleading competition. She may never get another chance.

She told In Focus why she was doing it. Rob Osborne reports:
