Plaid leader Leanne Wood offered her vision of the future to her party members. She reaffirmed the party's objective to secure an independent Wales in Europe and called for a referendum to achieve that aim.

Wood said that if Scotland decides to leave the UK to continue a future withing the European Union, then "all options for Wales should be on the agenda and we need to start that conversation now."

Our reporter Lynn Courtney was there.
