Armed police forced a passenger train in south Wales to halt and ordered everyone off as they searched for a man who had been acting suspiciously.
South Wales Police say they stopped the 7.12pm service between Pontypridd to Aberdare at Mountain Ash as a "precautionary measure" yesterday evening.
It followed reports that a man had been behaving suspiciously in the Broadway area of Pontypridd at around 7pm.
Passengers were made to disembark the carriages - but no-one matching the suspect's description was found and the service was allowed to continue.
Efforts to trace the man are ongoing. The episode is not being linked to terrorism
