South Wales Police is investigating a road traffic collision in which a pedestrian died yesterday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Roger Street, Treboeth, Swansea, just after 2pm.
A 73-year-old man, who was in collision with a yellow Megane as it reversed, sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead at the scene.
His family are being supported by specially trained officers.
Roger Street was closed for several hours.
Officers are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision, but has not yet given an account to police, to contact 101.
