Tonight: Showers continuing and becoming more widespread during the evening, with a few heavy and thundery showers possible. Northern areas will turn drier later with some clearer spells developing by dawn. Minimum temperature 2 °C.
Tuesday: A cloudy start in the south with further rain, but drier and brighter in the north with some sunshine. The brighter weather will then spread further south during the afternoon. Maximum temperature 15 °C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday: Rather cloudy with rain at times in the far south on Wednesday. Otherwise largely dry, with some sunny spells, especially in the west. Colder than of late, with nighttimes frosts.
