Cardiff City manager Neil Warnock has been fined £20,000 for comments made after his team's controversial Premier League defeat last month.
Warnock branded Premier League officials the "worst in world" after Cardiff City were beaten 2-1 by Chelsea.
Despite denying three Football Association charges of improper conduct, Warnock was found guilty following a hearing.
In a statement, the FA said the comments were found to have been "improper as they questioned the integrity of the match official".
They added that comments made by the 70-year-old had "implied bias".
Another interview the Cardiff boss gave the day after the game was found to "constitute improper conduct" as well as having the potential to bring "the game into disrepute".
