Organisers at the pink-themed launch event said the aim of the training is to make Welsh students "the most employable in the country; as stylists, colourists or in any hairdressing field of their choice".

It feels really good to be launching the first ever Lee Stafford Academy here in Wales. I’m so excited to be in partnership with such an enthusiastic and driven College. What students can expect from a Lee Stafford Academy are quality recipes that are easy and incredibly effective, that you can go out into the big wide world and get an amazing job with.

He added: "Training like this on our doorstep can only be viewed as positive".
