Jamie Oliver's restaurant chain has collapsed leaving 1,300 jobs at risk.
Twenty-five restaurants, including one in Cardiff are affected.
The restaurant on the Hayes in the city centre already has a sign in its window informing customers it is closed.
The restaurants affected are mainly Jamie's Italians, although the group also owns other brands including Barbecoa and Fifteen.
They have appointed KPMG as the administrator as they prepare to file for insolvency.
