A woman has been taken to hospital after she sustained a "severe leg injury" near Henrhyd Falls in the Brecon Beacons.
The Western Beacons Mountain Rescue Team were called out at 1:20pm to the incident and their team Doctor was first on the scene.
The Doctor treated the woman before further volunteers arrived to help remove her from the national park and into an ambulance.
The woman is now receiving further medical attention.
Henrhyd Falls is the tallest waterfall in South Wales and features a 90 feet drop, but the specific circumstances surrounding the incident are as yet unknown.
