A 28-year-old man has been arrested after a road traffic collision in Cardiff.
Emergency services were called shortly after 4.50pm today to Bridge Road in Llandaff North and police were still in attendance this evening.
South Wales Police confirmed there had been a collision involving a car and a cyclist.
The cyclist was taken to hospital and is believed to have suffered serious injuries. A 28-year-old man has been arrested and is in police custody.
Bridge Road is currently closed in both directions and Radyr Court Road is partly closed while investigation work is carried out.
