Jistcourt is a family-run business, which was established in 1980.

The managing director, Rob Norman, told the BBC, "After a few difficult years in business, we are unable to continue trading".

The company employs 90 people at its sites in Port Talbot and Bristol.

I've already spoken to the Minister for Economy to ensure that those employees are supported as much as we can with the schemes and programmes the Welsh Government operates and also how can we help this sector because clearly this is the third in recent months we had Cuddy not so long ago, and we had Dawnus which has only just sold off all its equipment and now we have Jistcourt - the sector's clearly facing challenging times.
