An all-Wales Menopause Summit has been held to discuss the challenges women face and discuss any practical solutions.

The menopause is a natural part of the ageing process and usually occurs between the ages of 45 and 55.

It's common for women to experience hot flushes, trouble sleeping and night sweats however some symptoms can be extreme.

Torfaen Council became the first council in Wales to introduce a menopause policy, which includes flexible working arrangements and changes to working environments.
