Jayne Ludlow has praised her team after a 6-0 thrashing of the Faroe Islands in the opening match of the Euro 2021 qualifiers..
Wales got off to the best possible start scoring two goals in the opening six minutes.
Natasha Harding headed home the first goal with team mate Emma Jones scoring her first ever goal for Wales minutes later.
Harding completed her hat trick through a penalty and a clever lob.
A Faroe Islands own goal and Rhiannon Roberts header completed the 6-0 win.
Boss Jayne Ludlow said it was a "great start" and a "positive night".
Speaking to FAW TV, Ludlow said, "the girls are going to move on from this quickly - there are still things we can be better at".
"At times we didn't take the chances we deserved to take, but the pleasing bit for us is we started the campaign with three points and a clean sheet."
Wales head to Rodney Parade on Tuesday to play Northern Ireland which will prove a tougher test for Jayne Ludlow's side, but she said they are ready.
"We're looking forward to the battle - they're coming over to Wales and we'll definitely bring it to them".
