Sushi or Welsh cakes? Shane Williams tackles our quick-fire questions ahead of Rugby World Cup in Japan

Ahead of Wales' opening game against Georgia in five days time, former Wales International Shane Williams takes part in an ITV News rapid fire quiz.

Shane's loyalty to a traditional Welsh cake is put to the ultimate test when asked if he prefers sushi or Welsh cakes?

But clearly Welsh cakes are a firm favourite in the Shane Williams household.

His Welsh roots were also challenged when asked to decide between Tokyo or Tenby?

Pressured by time and with some slight hesitation he said "Tenby."

This is tough because they've got the Ironman there. I am going to have to say Tenby.

Shane was also forced to pick between team mates and some Welsh rugby legends.

Something which he wasn't so quick to answer to.

When asked to decide between Liam Williams or George North?

He said: "Oh my god,Liam Williams is having the season of his life so I'm going to have to go with Liam."

Shane was also put on the spot with some non-rugby related questions. When asked to choose between Love island or Barry island?

He confessed to watching the ITV reality show.

I can't lie to you. I've been watching Love Island so I'm going to have to say Love Island.
