Village chip shop becomes 'polling plaice' for election
Residents of a village in west Wales will be casting their votes for the general election at a local fish and chip shop.
The owner of 'Hank Marvin' in Llanddewi Velfrey was approached by the local council to help after the local village hall became unavailable because it is having renovation work done.
Duane Rossiter said voting will take place in the restaurant area but it will be business as usual in the takeaway area.
Mr Rossiter, said he was willing to do "anything to help the community".
