Potters Corner becomes first Welsh trained horse to win Welsh Grand National since 1965

Potters Corner has become the first Welsh trained horse to win the Welsh Grand National since 1965.

The horse, part-owned by Wales rugby star Jonathan Davies, secured the win at Chepstow Racecourse.

Potters Corner was trained by Christian Williams, who said he was 'great' and described him as a 'gentleman of a horse.'
