M4 Brynglas Tunnels: Heavy congestion with broken down vehicle near Newport

The M4 is partially blocked at the Brynlas Tunnels, near Newport, due to a broken down vehicle on the Westbound carriageway.

There is heavy congestion and queuing traffic between Junction 24 Coldra and Junction 26 Malpas

Drivers are being advised to allow extra time if travelling in the area.

CCTV pictures show long queues in area and the Eastbound carriageway moving freely.
