Housing in Wales: Your questions answered

As part of our In Focus series, our correspondent Rob Osborne has been looking into the problem of buying houses in Wales.

Estimates suggest that over the next 15 years, we need to build as many as 12,000 homes a year to keep up with demand - but at the moment that figure is falling way short of the target.
