Wales Royal Family

A portrait of the Duchess of Cambridge taken to mark her 40th birthday will go on public display on Anglesey later this year.

Miners will pan a rock dumping ground in Dolgellau in the search for Welsh gold which has made generation of Royal Family wedding rings including the Queen.

The organisation, Republic, said it hopes the billboard will "trigger a revitalised public debate about the monarchy and how we're governed."
