Newbridge restoration project
A workmen's institute built with contributions from local miners a century ago has reopened. The restoration of the Newbridge Memorial Hall and Institute cost over £5m pounds.
Rock star returns to the 'Memo' bar where it all began
Manic Street Preachers frontman - James Dean Bradfield - returned to the Newbridge Memoria Hall today for it's reopening following a £5.6m restoration. He told ITV Wales' James Wright the bar was where it all started for him.
