Derelict hospital's owners oppose compulsory purchase

The future of a derelict North Wales hospital which it is hoped could be key to the economic regeneration of Denbigh has taken another twist today.

Denbighshire County Council has decided to press ahead with a compulsory purchase order - it says that is in order to protect the building from further ruin. But today the current owners of the site told ITV News that they would be opposing the move - which will need a public inquiry.
