The new Welsh Secretary, Stephen Crabb, says he's 'open-minded about how devolution develops.'
He made his comments during a meeting of the Welsh Grand committee when he was asked by Plaid Cymru's Jonathan Edwards if he would consider altering the Wales Bill which ushers in some tax and borrowing powers.
