Torrential rain and thundery showers are expected to bring an abrupt end to the sunny spell in parts of Wales.

With much of the country enjoying bright sunshine and the mercury hitting a high of 27C on Monday a yellow warning for rain has been issued by the Met Office for Tuesday.

It covers most of Wales except for the West and South East.

Forecasters say there's the risk of hail and localised flooding.
