Police say they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a soldier in the Brecon Beacons.
The infantry soldier died on the morning of Tuesday 19 July - the hottest day of the year so far.
Police are working closely with the Ministry of Defence in relation to this sudden death. Next of kin and HM Coroner have been informed.”
