Warnock furious after penalty appeals dismissed in Norwich defeat

Cardiff City manager Neil Warnock was left fuming after a number of penalty decisions failed to go his side's way in their 1-0 home defeat to Norwich.

Cameron Jerome ended Norwich's four-month wait for an away win after scoring the only goal of the game five minutes before half time.

But Warnock was angered that Cardiff were denied a late draw, after both Rhys Healey and Kadeem Harris had strong penalty claims turned down by referee Chris Kavanagh in the latter stages of the second half.

I'm disappointed with the penalty appeals. Seven out of 10 referees would have given them. The referee said Healey dived for the first penalty, and then for the second one we've got a superhuman linesman from 40 yards away, who thought the defender got the ball. I've heard some excuses but nothing like that.
