A two-year-old girl has died after an incident involving an 'unoccupied vehicle' in Merthyr Tydfil.
South Wales Police were called to an emergency in Heolgerrig on Sunday afternoon.
The toddler was taken to the Prince Charles Hospital by Air Ambulance, but died shortly afterwards.
An investigation is now underway into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The family ask to be left along to grieve and are being supported by specially trained officers.
