The house featuring Banksy's "Spy Booth" mural has gone on sale with a guide price of £210,000.
The artwork, showing three figures 'snooping' on a telephone box, appeared on Hewlett Road in Cheltenham last April.
The house is advertised as having a 'genuine 'Banksy' on the gable wall' - but does require a 'comprehensive schedule of refurbishment' according to the listing.
Cheltenham Borough Council had previously been negotiating a deal to buy the Banksy mural on the house near GCHQ.
The mural was granted retrospective planning permission last year but has been repeatedly vandalised.
With the house now on the market, the new owner will not only bag themselves a house, but also have themselves a highly sought after and genuine, Banksy.
