'Bandanas for Brain Tumours' day in memory of support group member

Brain Tumour Supportis the only brain tumour charity dedicated to support across the South West and Midlands.

The Thornbury branch helped Mike Ludwell who sadly died of a brain tumour before Christmas.

The charity hold an annual 'Bandanas for Brain Tumours' day, asking people to wear a bandana to raise awareness.

His friends and family say Mike was a larger than life character who wasn't going to let a brain tumour stop him making the most of his life.

12 months ago Mike, already receiving treatment for a brain tumour, was eager to promote bandanas for brain tumours day, a series of special events each march in aid of the brain tumour support charity.
