However the British Boxing Board say they see nothing wrong with the way that Nick Blackwell's bout with Chris Eubank Junior was handled.>Robert Smith from the Bristol Boxing Board of Control says they're sitting tight waiting for an update on his condition.
I spoke to one of the doctors this morning and he said there is a bleeding of the brain. He's in intensive care, he's in an induced coma and he is resting and being looked after by the experts. It's a very normal procedure. They put you in a coma to get the swelling to go down. There's no time-scale. Now it's just a matter of waiting and seeing.
Meanwhile, some of the biggest names in boxing have shown their support for Blackwell.
It'll be an anxious wait for Blackwell's family, friends and boxing fans alike.
