A teenager from Somerset has helped his team win a huge money prize at the World Drone Prix in Dubai.

15 year old Luke Bannister, from Taunton, was part of the Tornado X-Blades Banni UK team. He outperformed 150 other teams in the competition.

Luke says he wasn't expecting to win and just want to go for the experience.

Drones can travel from 60mph to 100 mph and racing them has become increasingly popular.

The World Drone Prix organisers say they are looking into locations for future racing events.

Luke says he is going to save the money he has won.

Congratulations to one of our club members. Luke Bannister who has been hitting the headlines all round the world! At the tender age of 15 he has only just gone and won the World Drone Prix in Dubai!
