If you're looking for an Easter day trip, why not visit Cornwall's very own moving sculpture?

'The Restless Temple' is on a hill overlooking St Michael's Mount and has become quite a tourist attraction since it opened to the public in May 2015.

Artist Penny Saunders teamed up with engineers and sculptors to create the piece and she's been working on it for 15 years.

With 14 moving columns, controlled by a series of pendulums, it's as much a feat of engineering as a work of art.

The temple moves between the powers of wind and gravity. A core of tensioned steel runs from temple top to the counterweights at the bottom.

The columns are hollow and the engineered strength is similar to that of a ship’s mast.
