Students return to UK after coach crash abroad

Some of the teenagers caught up in a coach crash in France on Saturday, have returned home.

Pupils from Bournside school in Cheltenham were involved in the crash near the Swiss border.

Forty have now travelled back to the UK where they were met by their families.

Two students were airlifted to hospital - where one is said to be in a life-threatening condition. The other is seriously injured.

42 pupils from Cheltenham's Bournside School were on board travelling to Italy when the coach crashed near the Swiss border.

The families of the two students who are in hospital, are at their bedsides.

A further ten students and one member of staff received ‘minor’ injuries.
