A bereaved mother who is walking around the coast of Britain in memory of her five year old daughter is half way through her 6000 mile journey.
Elizabeth Spencer from Cheltenham died from septic shock last December after having an extreme reaction to a cold
Only 9 months ago I was an ordinary though proud mum of a very happy and a very healthy child. I still very vividly remember our last 'normal' Friday when I walked out of the school, taking my energetic daughter to the ballet class and exchanging our weekend plans with another mum. That weekend, we wanted to go to the Cheddar Caves... Unfortunately, life had another plan for us and 24 hours later Elizabeth got unbelievable poorly...
Elizabeth always loved the seaside, which gave Natalia the idea for her epic challenge - to walk all around the coast of Britain.
She says her daughter has been her daily inspiration.
Waking up every day to another day without Elizabeth is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. But I know she would be so proud of what I have achieved.
Natalia started her walk on 14 February from Durdle Door in Dorset, the last beach she and Elizabeth visited together.
She has now reached North West Scotland.

She has been joined along the way by other parents who have lost children, including Heidi Loughlin from Portishead, whose daughter Ally passed away at nine days old.
I have met so many inspiring people, especially other parents who have lost their precious children. I think about them often and feel a very special connection to each of them. Speaking to others and knowing they understand what I am going through is a huge comfort and means I am not on my own.
Natalia hopes to raise £100,000 in total. The money will support the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at Bristol Children's Hospital, where Elizabeth was treated.
