Bristol City have confirmed the signing of Matty Taylor from city rivals Bristol Rovers.
He has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with the club for an undisclosed fee.
The 26 year old striker had scored 67 times in 132 appearances since he joined Rovers on a free transfer in the summer of 2014.
Taylor has been Rovers’ top scorer this season netting 19 times in all competitions before moving to Ashton Gate.
During last year's campaign, Taylor scored 28 goals as Rovers secured promotion on the final day of the season.
