Work to rebuild a seaside cinema in Dorset which was destroyed by fire could begin later this year.
The roof of the Regent Cinema in Lyme Regis collapsed in March 2016 when an electrical fault led to a large fire in the building.
Eight fire crews helped to tackle the blaze at its height while the plume of smoke was so high it could be seen in East Devon.
But now the owners of the Grade II listed art deco cinema say they are close to resolving an insurance claim which would mean the re-build could begin.
Scott Cinemas have also said they hope re-building work will begin as soon as possible.
