The UK Coastguard have confirmed a body of a missing adult female has been recovered in South Devon.
Teams were called to the Berry Head area of Brixham in the early hours of Sunday morning on 26 February.
The National Maritime Operations Centre at Fareham initiated a search mission involving Berry Head and Torbay Coastguard Rescue Teams, along with Torbay RNLI lifeboat and the Coastguard rescue helicopter based at St Athan.
Following an extensive search by the teams and Devon & Cornwall Police, a casualty has been recovered by the cliff rescue teams in the vicinity of Berry Head Quarry.
No formal identification has taken place but police say they have informed the family of the woman they believe it to be.
