The Shadow Foreign Secretary has likened Newton Abbot MP Anne Marie Morris to the former BNP leader Nick Griffin.
It follows the suspension of the South Devon MP from the Conservative Party for describing the prospect of leaving the EU with no deal as "the real n***** in the woodpile".
The Shadow Foreign Secretary Emily Thornberry made the comments during Prime MInister's Questions. She said Ministers have "absolutely got to a grip" on Brexit and reveal the impact of a no deal scenario.
She claimed Theresa May was "bereft of ideas" and said Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson was "making it up as he's going along".
