Indian dancers take Bath by storm

The city of Bath has successfully hosted an evening of Indian classical music which dancers from across the globe.

The Bath Indian Dance festival was hosted by the Bath Indian Cultural Society who aim to promote Indian culture and arts.

The festival featured renowned classical dancers Rani Natalie Rout and Arunima Kumar. Both are highly acclaimed dancers who have performed all over the world.

Arunima Kumar has also performed for the Queen at Buckingham Palace.

As well as numerous dances the evening also involve a free workshop with the dancers who involved the workshop attendees into trying out the nuances of Odissi and Kuchipudi, classical dance forms.
