A replica of Sir Francis Drake's iconic ship, The Golden Hind, is due to be auctioned off later this week, for less than the average price of a 2-bed house.
The tourist attraction in Brixham, Torbay draws thousands of visitors every year.
It has unsuccessfully been up for sale at £395,000 for six months.
Now it is due to be auctioned on Friday in Exeter, with a guide price of £195,000.
The first replica of Golden Hind was moored in Brixham Harbour from 1964.
It was replaced by the current version in 1988, which features a heavy steel hull for stability and strength.
