After a fairly cloudy start to the week, the next few days will be a lot brighter and a bit warmer too. We've already got mild air across the UK but through Friday and Saturday some parts of the West Country could see 15 or 16 degrees.
As for the rest of today, it'll stay quiet and pretty clear but during the early hours of Friday some cloud will filter in. We could see some dense fog across parts of Wiltshire and Gloucestershire by morning too. Temperatures will be slightly lower than last night, especially in the east where we could see 5 or 6 degrees.
It'll take until around mid-morning for any fog to clear but it's otherwise looking like a nice dry day again, with increasingly sunny skies. By the afternoon temperatures should reach 14 to 15 Celsius along the north coast and through Somerset. That onshore breeze will keep things cooler along the south coast though.
As for the weekend, it's staying promising with more sunshine and decent temperatures. Saturday looks like the sunniest day, but high pressure, settled weather and above average temperatures could well last into much of next week by the looks of things.
