Services on Brittany Ferries from Plymouth face ongoing disruption after fire

Three ferry services between Plymouth and Roscoff and Plymouth and Santander have been cancelled.

The services are facing ongoing disruption after a fire on one of the vessels at the end of April.

Brittany Ferries said the disruption would continue until 12 May when they expect the Pont-Aven to resume service.

It's currently in the French port of Brest awaiting repairs.

Brittany Ferries has apologised for the inconvenience

Brittany Ferries sent its passengers the following text message:

"We are sorry to inform you that our ship Armorique is required to operate our Irish services, following a technical breakdown on one of our other services. As a result, your sailing from Plymouth to Roscoff at 08:00 on 12/05/2019 has been cancelled. Please call 01752 648637 for advice and assistance. We apologise for the inconvenience".
