The Environment Agency is telling people living around the River Severn to expect flooding.
They have issued a flood warning at Severn Ham near Tewksbury which means flooding is expected and immediate action is required.
Overnight measurements of the river levels remain high peaking at 3.76m around the Mythe Bridge and Upper Pound.
Drivers are being warned to avoid roads close to rivers as they are likely to be flooded.
Further flood alerts have been issued along the River Severn down to Gloucester, particularly Apperley and Maisemore.
