The next few days will offer up some mostly fine and dry weather, and it'll be warm too, but, later in the week things are going to turn more changeable.
The reason being is that high pressure is slipping away to the east of the UK allowing weather systems in from the Atlantic. These will bring more cloud, some rain and brisk winds too.
This evening looks warm and sunny though, with light winds. It'll stay dry overnight too with little cloud in the sky. We'll pick up some mist by Wednesday morning, especially across the moors, and temperatures will drop to 11 or 12°C.
Wednesday will be another fine day for most but there will be more cloud in the sky and a slightly fresher breeze. It won't be quite as warm but we'll still have temperatures around 23°C. Later in the day we're likely to see outbreaks of rain as those weather fronts arrive.
A few more showers are expected on Thursday, followed by some rain later on Friday. This will clear to heavy, perhaps thundery showers on Saturday, so there is some less summery weather on the horizon...
