The mother-of-two from Frome in Somerset, was diagnosed with terminal bowel and liver cancer just two weeks after giving birth to her second child.

Speaking to ITV News West Country last year, Lisa said she was determined not to give up.

"Don't get me wrong there are days that are really hard but with my friends and family to get me through...I just hope people can think, yeah she bossed it, she did it well."

Following her diagnosis, she set up a fundraising page called Lisa's Army to raise money for her two daughters and Dorothy House Hospice, near Bath.

With the help of her family, friends and dedicated followers, her campaign has raised over £90,000.

Alongside children's author Michelle Robinson, she also created a children's book to help children face the reality of losing a parent.
