A warm couple of days to come with plenty of strong sunshine, but from midweek we'll see cooler air arriving along with some showers.
High pressure is moving away, allowing a front to work its way down the UK from the north. This will introduce colder air and some wetter weather from Wednesday.
Plenty of warm sunshine for the rest of today though, with clear skies overnight. Temperatures should hold in double figures but it'll probably drop down to 8 or 9 degrees in the countryside.
Another sunny start on Tuesday though, with things warming up nicely into the afternoon. Some fair weather cloud may develop, but for most we should see highs of 26 Celsius. A little cooler across the Isles of Scilly though with 19 or 20 degrees.
It'll turn cooler from Wednesday with temperatures just making 20 degrees and some heavy showers arriving. Highs of 16 to 17 Celsius on Thursday and Friday but a little drier. There is a lot of detail to iron out though regarding the rain so its worth staying in touch with the forecast.
