Bath scored five tries in a 32-9 win over Worcester at The Rec. Peter Stringer, Rob Webber, Tom Biggs and Horacio Agulla (2) all crossed the line.

Jonny May scored two individual tries as Gloucester won convincingly at Franklins Gardens. Rob Cook also kicked 17 points.

The win ends a run of two straight defeats and leapfrogs Gloucester over Northampton in the table.

Rovers revival under Ward

Bristol Rovers will be looking to continue their remarkable renaissance under John Ward when they take on Oxford tomorrow.

When Rovers sacked Mark McGhee in December, they had just 18 points from 22 games, a run of results that saw them bottom of the Football League on Christmas Day.

But since Ward took charge of his first game on Boxing Day, Rovers have accumulated 14 points from seven games and moved up to 19th place in the table.
